Following the bath is the time to do a few finishing touches. First, rub your dog's coating gently with towel, then use a blow drier on warm to very low heat. If your pet dog happens to have a long, thick and curly coating, you may want to consider trimming it up to give it a neater look. After clipping your dog's coat, be sure to brush him to take out all traces of stay hair. Then, pet clippers should be used on your dog's nails when they get long. Just do it slowly and carefully, targeting only the pointed tips of the paw nails.
